My Mother’s Day Arrangement was never delivered. Can’t even get them to answer the phone now. It’s just a busy signal. I want my money back! Thanks for nothing. My Mom waited all day for the delivery that never came! You don’t even deserve one star!!!

The worst! Do not order from this place. I made an order on Saturday and paid an extra $20 for it to be delivered on Sunday (Mother's day). The order was never delivered and the store did not answer their phone. I had luck with the Studio City location (absolutely fabulous). I finally got my money back by filling out a complaint form. Don't try calling Customer Service. Just fill out the form and request your money back!

Updating my review from 1-star to 3-stars. They ended up picking up the call and acknowledging the error. Later that day delivered the rest of the order. It just took them 3 days. I appreciate them following through....Edible Arrangements I used to respect your company and product. You've always been the best go to gifting experience when I needed something sweet and memorable. Two days ago I only received a portion of my delivery. Been calling every day multiple times and no one answers. It just goes to voicemail. You ONLY DELIVERED HALF OF MY ORDER AND PROCESSED THE FULL PAYMENT. Where is your loyalty and honesty to your customers???????? During these times you're trying to steal of your customers. We understand you're busy and short staffed but we've been trying to get in touch with you and resolve this issue but you've left me no choice but to try and get your attention in different matters.
